Considering I've never heard of lighters before, I'll say I am young. But I've seen videos of those bright sticks on the AC/DC rock band shows and they're quite the highlight in the bigger picture.

I totally agree with bars being a more affordable spot to experience, but concerts don't hurt once in a while now, do they?

I'll probably never be in my 20s again after all - it's worth the shot.

But tiny fairs and berets, that sounds home to me now. Cheap places always are more comfortable (and fun) to attend without putting in much thought.
