Great read! I moved to Japan just a couple months ago and the mindset of people is super visible. I can see their staff members tone getting happy when I reject their, “fukuro iidesuka?” Or “ohashi daijoubu desuka”

I have yet to patch my own bedsheet (they’re still new) but I think I see where I’m headed :)
